1) TIPS FOR USING YOUR ACCOUNT
Here's how to get started with your account:
1) Log into www.enom.com
2) Click on "My Enom" in the upper left, then on REFILL ACCOUNT
3) Follow the instructions to deposit funds into your account. The minimum
deposit amount is $100. You can then begin to add new domains.
4) If you have already registered domains through NetFronts, you can request
that we move those domains into your Enom account so you can manage them
directly. Please reply to this email indicating what domains you want us to
move to your account.
To add a new domain name, click on DOMAIN NAMES >> REGISTER A NAME
To transfer a domain from another registrar to your account, click on DOMAIN
NAMES >> TRANSFER
Your customers can use this address to log into their Domain Control
panels:
http://mydomain.hosting-advantage.com. Remember to specify a password
when you register a domain name, even if you aren't going to give that
password to your client. Otherwise the password will be blank and
someone could log in and make changes without a password. Hosting Resellers
can request a custom DNS record to point http://domain.their-domain.com to
this website as well.
If you have a 'domain-only' that doesn't need any hosting services and you
wish to use the Free email-forwarding and dynamic DNS that they provide, you
must use their name-servers for that domain, do not specify your own.

2) AUTOMATED BILLING and RENEWALS (important!)
You have 2 options for billing your clients for domain renewals.
Option 1: The system sends an email directing the client to a
website you
specify to renew their domain name. You bill the client for the renewal
Option 2: The system directs the client to a website, branded
with your
name, where they can enter their credit card details and are charged
automatically.
To enable either option, login and then go to MY ENOM >> SETTINGS >>
RENEWAL SETTING CHANGE
Privately branded renewals and domain administration are two advantages
the Enom system has over other registrars. Enom has built a reputation for
being "Reseller Friendly" and our experience with them had confirmed that.
What about domains not registered directly in your Domain Reseller
account? See an important review
of options for registering and renewing domains

3) CONSOLIDATING YOUR DOMAINS INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
We strongly suggest that you consolidate as many of your domains as
possible into your new Domain Reseller Account. This allows you to easily
manage all of your domains and your client domains in 1 interface. As well,
the system can be set to automatically send your clients renewal notices and
bill them for you! (see #2 above)
How to consolidate?
a) IF THE DOMAIN WAS REGISTERED THROUGH NETFRONTS/ENOM, we may
be able to simply 'push' the domain into your account. To check where it
was registered, go to www.netfronts.com/domain or www.corenic.org and
enter the domain. If the registrar listed is 'ENOM' then it was likely
registered through NetFronts. To have the domain moved to your account,
simply reply to this email or submit a support request in your Control
Panel > Support Center > Make a ticket. Indicate your Enom username and
what domain(s) to push to your account. Note: .org domains can be hard to
identify the source of the registration. If you aren't sure, you may
include the domain in your email list that you send to us to push and we
will check.
b) IF THE DOMAIN IS REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER REGISTRAR OR if the
domain was registered with NetFronts but shows "Bulkregister" as the
registrar, then you should do a TRANSFER. To transfer, log in to your Enom
account, click on DOMAINS > TRANSFER and use Auto Verification. Note, to
transfer, you or the client must have access to the Administrative email
address. The transfer email will come to the admin address from your
company name, and will not list NetFronts or Enom.
After confirming the first email transfer request, the current registrar
(Register.com, Networksolutions, etc) will send an email to confirm the
transfer before they release the domain. After a successful transfer, the
domain registration is extended by 1 year automatically. Generally transfers
take 2-5 days to complete and MUST be submitted prior to the expiration date
and we recommend no later than 10 days prior.

4) VOLUME DISCOUNT PRICING
We offer volume discount based on the number of domains you've
registered.
If you have registered 20 or more domains your price per year is $9.75.
Additional discounts are listed below:
0-20: $9.95/yr (registrations, renewals, and transfers)
20+ $9.75
30+ $9.65
45+ $9.49
75+ $8.95
We manually audit accounts once a month and make adjustments to your
buy-price. If you feel your price is not correct, please reply and include
your domain user ID. To check your current buy-price, login and add a domain
to your shopping cart. It will tell you the price prior to checkout.
*******************************************************
5) Customized 'Coming Soon' page. When a
new domain is created, they have the option of using the built-in
name-servers. They would do this if they wish to use the email forwarding
feature or the DNS administration. When they select this option, it will
also create a Coming Soon... page. This page by default is NetFronts page.
For information on how to change the default page, please see
http://reseller.netfronts.com/domain/coming_soon.php

6) Support: If you have questions please
reply or for technical questions, you can contact Enom support by clicking
on the HELP button in the Enom account and then using the eNom Support
Center. See an important review of options
for registering and renewing domains
